Employment:Full Time Automotive/ Tire Repair Technician

Performance Tire & Service in Carroll, IA is looking for a very dependable & knowledgeable fulltime mechanic who is honest, self-motivated, very familiar with auto parts, and has excellent organizational skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to cope with high demand and stressful situations are a must. Previous experience in this field is also a must. Need to be able to communicate equally well with co-workers, senior management and greet customers with a friendly smile. Able to share detailed information about a customer’s vehicle issues and how we intend to solve issues as they often want to visit with the mechanic working on their vehicle. Math and Computer skills come in handy when using our database and diagnostic systems as there is a possibility of advancement for those qualified.

You must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and have a current Iowa driver’s license with a good driving record.
